Description
This was a modern, well-built house but the internal layout did not exploit its potential to be a beautiful and stunningly stylish home. Structural alterations were needed to create an impressive and spacious contemporary kitchen with associated extensions. Extensive use of glazing creates a light and airy space, opening up the room and taking advantage of the views of the garden and surrounding fields, while careful selection of Velux lighting means the space can be made suitable for intimate dining or larger, more informal entertaining. Large bi-focal doors lead directly onto a wide decked area, encouraging al fresco dining and heightening enjoyment of the open views.
