Barn conversion and house restoration – Staffordshire

The client wanted a full restoration of this large Grade 2 Listed detached house and a conversion of the adjacent barn. Our design managed to seamlessly incorporate the adjacent barn into the main house, creating a large live-in kitchen. A totally new layout and re-planned existing rooms resulted in a modern, spacious home. We provided advice on the specification and assisted with the careful selection of local builders and craftsmen to ensure sympathetic restoration. Close liaison with the client was maintained throughout the project, ensuring all needs were met and the client was delighted with the new flexible and spacious home.
