What we do.

We have been designing one-off houses and extensions to existing houses nationwide for two decades and this forms a significant part of our normal workload. The professional advice we offer in this field is drawn from a wealth of experience gained working on varied residential projects, from one off houses on prestige sites in rural settings, to speculative developments; from the total refurbishment of Manor Houses to extensions to terraced or semi-detached houses. First and foremost, we pride ourselves on our ability to relate to and respond to all our residential clients on an individual basis, as we work on what is, after all, people’s most valued and valuable possession, whilst providing carefully considered and site sensitive solutions.

We are familiar with all aspects of the planning process, including the complexities of Listed Building applications, work in Conservation Areas, the Building Regulations and the Party Wall Act. We can, of course, also advise on the sourcing of a suitable and reliable builder.

Householder initial consultations.

We offer an Initial first consultation, for £120 inc VAT, during which we will go over planning possibilities, discuss design layouts and the general overall building costs. This cost is deductible from all future fees. We have found this to be a highly valued service and one that is very popular with householders who are planning alterations but unsure of how to proceed.
