Description
The brief was to design a new modern house on the footprint of the existing 1980’s bungalow. The family kitchen and bedrooms had to appeal to the design conscious family and yet retain a genuine feel of home. The two storey entrance and family kitchen are striking in appearance and a balcony looks down from the smaller bedrooms.
The construction chosen was timber frame to expedite the construction phase.
