Description

An existing brick outbuilding was incorporated into the family kitchen extension of this detached house which is located within a village conservation area. Giving careful consideration to the sensitivity of the conservation area, we designed a larger, more family-friendly house that not only met the planning requirements but importantly resulted in a home that delighted the clients. We maintained close liaison with all the family to ensure their individual needs and wishes were met. Extensive glazing was installed to the ground floor, enabling full enjoyment of the open garden views from the contemporary kitchen-dining room.
