This veterinary practice in Bromsgrove town centre needed more space to cater for its growing client list, and a more welcoming and modern surgery where clients and their pets would feel reassured. We extensively re-designed the existing layout to provide an updated and spacious surgery. A comfortable and welcoming customer reception was created, plus five fully fitted consulting rooms, three operating theatres, kennel rooms for overnight ‘patients’, a first floor meeting room and management offices. The impressive result was hailed as a great success by both staff and pet-owners.
