A full refurbishment of the existing three storey office building was also commissioned.
The client is extremely pleased with the finished project and were especially pleased that they could, due to careful planning and organisation of the building works, continue to conduct business as usual whilst the refurbishment and new build were ongoing.

Description

The brief was to design an adaptable 36 person Conference room suitable for international video conferencing and presentations to Sales Team within a comfortable, air conditioned space with natural light and ventilation. The site is within a conservation area, which meant partial demolition and the building of a rear conference pavilion, complete with new toilet facilities as well as catering and storage facilities. It was important to provide up to date communications, suitable for all international users, and state of the art digital links.
